Shipping policy
WE STRIVE TO PROCESS +SHIP IN A TIMELY MANNER, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED AS A RESULT OF COVID-19.
CARRIER DELAYS ARE NATIONWIDE.
SHIPPING:
- Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.
- You will be emailed an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
- You will receive a tracking number when the order is on its way
- Orders Shipped Monday-Friday before 2pm (excluding reserved days).
- It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address and contact information during checkout. Whippedlash is not responsible for updating order information once placed. Reshipment costs (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
- Although we strive for product integrity and package with care from our warehouse to your address, Whippedlash is NOT responsible for damaged/tainted products once we hand over packages to carrier.
- PLEASE NOTE: Orders that show up "delivered" according to shipping carrier will not be re-shipped. We are not liable for LOST packages once they leave our facility.
